My name is Sera Akdogan and I created The Mindful Strawberry because I’ve always been passionate about plant-based food, animal welfare, and natural skincare. After completing my degree in English, I decided to create a platform which combines my passion for writing with my love of cooking, baking, and plant-based skincare products and supplements.
The Mindful Strawberry is a way to share creative and wholesome recipes which showcase the essence of plants, which I believe are truly unique in both flavour and nutrient content. I believe that plants have the power to heal the body, transform the body, and most importantly – nourish the body – which is what my site will focus on.
